Up to what size can you print?
Height: up to 4 m (13 ft) height Width: unlimited Margins: Left: 6 cm (2.3 in.) Right: 9 cm (3.5 in.) Top: 25 cm (8.6 in.) Bottom 17 cm (6.6 in.)

What is the print resolution?
Depending on your image we can print in 185×185 dpi, 370×370 dpi or 370×600 dpi. Generally, we raster & print everything in real 370 x 600 dpi.

What image formats are required?
We process our images from .tif files, but we can accept any image, graphic, raster or vector. Acceptable formats include AI, EPS, TIF, PNG, JPG, BMP.

Can we paint text?
Absolutely! By choosing to paint your text art, you save yourself the time and headache of weeding small intricate vinyl text.

What kind of substrates can be painted on?
Thanks to the plastic-like UV cured ink, we can print on nearly any substrate. Examples are plaster, wallpaper, wood, brick, paint, stone, plastic, glass, most tiles and many more.

What kind of ink is used?
Specially formulated, plastic-like, low-odor UV ink made in the EU. There is no odor or VOC emitted from this ink making it suitable to print in all environments.

Is the painted image durable?
The ink is UV resistant maintaining color fastness for 3 – 6+ years outdoor and 12+ years indoor. For extreme environments, a clear coat can be applied to improve resilience. It’s also instantly highly scratch proof.

How long does it take to paint?
From 0.8 m2 to 4 m2 per hour (8.6 ft2 - 43 ft2/hr) according to selected quality and resolution.

Is there setup involved?
Most jobs can be set up in ~30 minutes, and once complete the printer is packed away in 15 minutes.

Can the paint be removed?
Depending on the substrate there are different methods of removal: Painted surface – two coats of paint and it’s gone! Glass – a field scraper or a razor blade can be used Wood – can be painted or sanded Metal or concrete – best to work with sand or glass bead blasting technology.
